***Bonzo is now RESERVED. We are no longer accepting applications for Bonzo, thank you ***
Bonzo is new to Homeless Hounds and still under assessment, but we already know a few things about him to give us an idea of what type of home would suit him.
Bonzo is good with children but he does jump up, so we would consider a home with older children to avoid any accidental tumbles. Bonzo cannot share his home with other dogs or cats – he’s reactive and likes to bark at them. With time and patience, it’s possible that he could be trained to relax when he sees other dogs and cats.
Bonzo travels well in the car. He quite likes treats and he definitely likes toys – but they’ll need to be super strong indestructible ones! Bonzo isn’t too strong on the lead unless he sees something interesting, then he’ll try to pull to get to it. He’s quite a calm lad and there’s room for polishing up those little rough edges once he’s settled with his forever family.
To adopt Bonzo, please complete our adoption application form. We welcome applications from across Lancashire but unfortunately we are unable to consider applications from further afield. Homeless Hounds cannot rehome dogs to families with children under the age of 5. Home check and adoption donation applies.
