***Fudge is now RESERVED. We are no longer accepting applications for Fudge, thank you ***
Fudge is living with one of our amazing foster carers and this is how he describes her….
…”Fudge has come to us from being a stray. She is fully house trained. Fudge is quite small, but full of energy and loves cuddles. If you sit down she will want to sit or lie on your lap.
Fudge is very intelligent and responds to some basic commands, ‘sit’, ‘paw’, ‘gently’. She enjoys playing with toys, running between me and her safe space (her crate). She loves meeting people, but gets excited and jumps up, so will need training to sort this out.
Fudge loves her walks and likes to be in front pulling, she doesn’t understand heel, but I believe she would improve with the correct training. When Fudge sees other dogs and/or people will pull to get to them to say hello. Fudge has met a 5 year old neighbour and whilst being quite excitable, she was safe around him.
Probably due to her history, Fudge isn’t keen on being left alone, but has become more comfortable settling in her crate for a few hours and her new family will need to keep a crate for her – for her to stay in when she’s alone but alos for her to retreat to where she feels most safe.
If you want a dog that want lots of cuddles and attention, Fudge is a lovely pet to have.”
To adopt Fudge, please complete our adoption application form. We welcome applications from across Lancashire but unfortunately we are unable to consider applications from further afield.
