***Bella is now RESERVED. We are no longer accepting applications for Bella. Thank you***

Bella is new to Homeless Hounds and is still under assessment. You can apply for Bella, but please be aware that at this stage we don’t know what type of home she will require. Bella is a very lucky and has gone straight into foster with one of our amazing volunteers.

This is what her foster daddy has to say about her….

Bella’s appearance is certainly deceptive, she looks like a big bruiser but in reality she is a lovely, sweet natured girl, following her foster dad around, curious to see what is going on and quick to learn the routine. She is house trained but does need to be reminded to go out regularly. Currently suffering from cherry eye (common in bulldogs) she lets you put medication in her eyes without complaint, for a treat of course and is due to have an operation before Christmas.

She has been living with a foster sister but deserves to be the only dog in the home for one to one love and attention, her favourites are head and belly scratches. Very food focussed, thinking everything is food and has a healthy appetite, taking treats gently and sitting on request. Bella will make a wonderful companion.

As you can see from the photos, Bella has bi-lateral cherry eye which will be operated on shortly and funded by Homeless Hounds.

To adopt Bella, please complete our adoption application form. We welcome applications from across Lancashire but unfortunately we are unable to consider applications from further afield. Homeless Hounds cannot rehome dogs to families with children under the age of 5. Home check and adoption donation applies.

Thank you
