Talk to friends, family and neighbours about the importance of

• choosing to adopt a rescue dog
• neutering pets to prevent unnecessary breeding
• supporting rescue organisations

Encourage everyone to microchip their pets and ensure the contact details are up-to-date. This is the most reliable way of tracing a dog’s owner if the dog becomes lost, and it is required by Law.

Chat to people about Homeless Hounds and what we do. Be passionate and positive – talk about the happy endings and the joy of rescue dogs. Your enthusiasm will be contagious!
