Billy

***Billy is now RESERVED, we are no longer accepting applications for Billy. Thank you***

Billy is new to Homeless Hounds and this lucky boy has gone straight into a foster home where he is living with one of our ex HH dogs. You can still apply for Billy but please be aware he is still under assessment.

Billy is a small lurcher of around 2-3 years of age. He’s currently with one of our lovely foster carers who will give us more information about him as she gets to know him better. We do know that he’s a delightful little character who loves other dogs.

I think Billy is the first dog we have had in our care which has a heart shape on his rear end!

He has currently been getting a little amorous with some female dogs he meets, but he takes the resulting telling off that he receives with very good grace. He is waiting to be neutered so we are optimistic that when this is done it will help to dampen his ardour. All in all Billy seems a happy gentle little soul who loves people so he’d like an owner who wouldn’t leave him for more than a few hours at a time.

He does needs to work on his house training though. However progress is being made as he has already started to copy the resident dog when she toilets outside, so we are sure he will crack this very soon

As we get to know Billy we will update the website.
