Bobsie

***Bobsie is now RESERVED. We are no longer accepting applications for Bobsie, thank you***

Bobsie is living with one of our amazing foster families. Bobsie is a 5 month old crossbreed, he will be medium to large when
he’s fully grown. This is what Bobsie’s foster mum says about him…

“We affectionately refer to Bobsie as ‘Beans’ for two reasons – 1. He’s
a true Heinz 57 mix of breeds 2. He’s full of beans!

Bobsie is a typical energetic and cuddly puppy that wants to play all day. He’s mostly house trained with just the odd accident. The rest of his
training is limited he doesn’t know his name or any tricks yet. Bobsie
is incredibly food orientated and will do anything for it, this will
make training fun for his new family. He is always thinking of his
belly though and will counter-surf and eat anything you accidentally
drop on the floor, you’ll need to keep your eyes on him!

Bobsie will growl and snap at other dogs around food however he has not show this
behaviour toward people. Bobsie is dog friendly and is currently
living with two other young large dogs. He will cuddle and play with
them however may get a little frisky when he’s too excited. We don’t
think Bobsie has been socialised much with other dogs but could live
with another active dog that can keep up with him.

Bobsie does have a calm side and likes to cuddle up to you on the sofa after playtime.
He’s very affectionate but may take a couple of minutes to warm to new
people. Bobsie has some nervous puppy energy and barks and grumbles at
new things, including his own reflection. It’s only mild and he should
grow in confidence once he’s settled and starts to grow. Bobsie loves
his walks and to feel the wind blow in his goofy ears! He will refuse
to turn around until he thinks he’s had a long enough walk!

Beans has a lot of potential and would suit an active home willing to
take on puppy training.”
