Ruby

Ruby is new to Homeless Hounds and is under assessment. You can still submit your application to adopt Ruby but please be aware that at this stage, we don’t know what type of home she will require.

This lucky girl has now got herself a foster home until she finds her forever family. Ruby is extremely happy in her home and loves playing with their 8 year old child.

Ruby is your typical 7 month old puppy, she is boisterous and mouthy, but this beautiful young girl just wants to please you and crave your attention. She is very food orientated and would easily take food if it is in reach. She has been fed small amounts of food often, and has quickly come to realise that food is not rationed, so she can slow down her feeding.

While in the home she has shown lots of potential with becoming a great pet. She quickly realised that if she asked to go outside to do her toilet she would be rewarded with a treat. While in the home she is willing to use her crate and it would be beneficial for her to continue this training when she goes to her forever home.

While out on her walkies she is good on the lead and doesn’t pull.
